- 2 lb beef round steak, cut into serving pieces
- 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 cup onion, sliced into rings
- 1 cup green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp paprika

Mix flour, salt, and pepper; dredge steak pieces in seasoned flour.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown steaks on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer to slow cooker.

Layer onion rings and bell pepper slices over the steak.

In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika. Pour over vegetables.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is very tender.
