Sauteed Goat Cheese Cakes

- 1 cup leeks, diced
- 1 each lb. goat cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 each eggs, beaten with water
- 0.5 cup garlic, minced
- 1 each tsp. salt
- 0.5 each tsp. pepper
- 1 each tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 each . In large fry pan saute leek until soft. Empty into medium

Add in goat cheese, at room temperature, garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Mix well with hands.

Make shapes the size of a flattened egg. 2.

Dip goat cheese shape into flour, egg and bread crumbs.

Fry on medium heat until golden brown. 3.
