Crockpot sausage kraut

  • 1 package bratwurst
  • 1 package fresh sauerkraut
  • 1/2 bag frozen potato chunks
  • 1 small brown onion, chopped
  • 1 can beer
  • garlic to taste

Instructions

    Add beer to crock pot.

    Drop sausages in, add onions, sauerkraut and potatoes.

  3. 3

    Chop garlic and add to top.

  4. 4

    Simmer 3-4 hours.

    Very tender and great flavor!
