Easy Sausage Gravy and Biscuits

  • 16 oz refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits (1 can)
  • 9 0.6 oz pork sausage crumbles
  • 0.3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 0.5 cup milk
  • 0 to taste salt and ground black pepper

Instructions

    Bake biscuits according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes until heated through, stirring frequently. Stir in flour.

    Gradually add milk and cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce to medium-low and simmer 2 minutes, stirring. Season with salt and pepper.

    Split biscuits in half and place 2 halves on each plate. Top each serving with about ⅓ cup gravy.
