  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 0.3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 can condensed Golden Mushroom soup
  • 0.3 cup water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 9 oz frozen cut green beans

Instructions

    Mix beef, onion, salt, and pepper thoroughly. Shape firmly into 4 oval patties.

    In a skillet, brown patties, using shortening if necessary. Pour off fat.

    Stir in remaining ingredients: soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, carrots, and green beans.
