- 1 pound lean ground beef
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- Topping: 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Mixture for topping: ¾ cup ketchup

Mix meat, oatmeal, salt, pepper, onion, and milk.

Make into 6-8 individual loaves and spread each with mixture of ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard.

Bake at 350º for about 40 min.
