  • 1 lb each provolone and mozzarella cut into thin For each sandwich

    3 cups fresh spinach, shredded 1 tbs melted margarine

    1 1/3 cups shredded carrots 1 tbs Russian dressing

    2/3 cups radishes, sliced thin-1 red onion, sliced into 3oz thinly sliced corned beef

    rings 2 slices Swiss cheese

    12 cheery tomatoes, cut in 1/2 2 tbs krisp kraut

    1/2 cups red wine and vinegar dressing

    3 tsp Dijon mustard Brush one side of bread with melted margarine.
