Salsa Chicken

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tsp taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken. Pour salsa over all.

    Bake for 25–35 minutes until chicken is tender and juices run clear.

    Sprinkle evenly with Cheddar cheese and bake 3–5 more minutes until cheese is melted.

    Top with sour cream and serve.
