Salmon and Mushroom Bake

- 0.5 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cup cooked, flaked salmon
- 1 pint sour cream
- 10 0.8 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 8 oz herb-seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- 0.5 cup butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sauté onion, celery, and mushrooms in 2 tablespoons butter over high heat until just limp.

Combine sautéed vegetables, salmon, sour cream, soup, garlic salt, and parsley in a bowl. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole.

Combine stuffing mix, broth, and melted butter for the topping. Spoon over salmon mixture.

Bake covered at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes until heated through and topping is golden.
