  • 0 each oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 each lb. ground chuck
  • 1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
  • 2 each tbsp. minced onion
  • 2 each tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 each egg

Instructions

    Salt and pepper to taste Blend soup with water.

    Measure 1/4 cup soup mixture and combine with ground beef, bread crumbs, onion and parsley, egg, salt and pepper.

    Shape into oblong patties and brown.

    Pour remaining soup mixture over patties.

  5. 5

    Cook covered over low heat about 20 minutes.
