- 200 ml fruit syrup, not too sweet
- 250 ml water
- 1 ½ tbsp potato starch (potato flour)
- honey as required
Instructions

Mix the fruit syrup, water and potato starch and bring it to a boil while stirring constantly.

Let it boil for 6 - 8 seconds and remove it from the heat.

Taste and add honey as required.

Serve either cold or above room temperature (but not hot).
