- 4 cup rye flour
- 0.3 cup molasses
- 3 2/3 cup flour
- 2 0.8 cup milk
- 4 teaspoons
- baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons melted

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Sift together rye flour, flour, baking powder and salt.

Add molasses, milk, eggs, and melted butter; stir to combine.

Grease gem pans (muffin pans).

Fill each gem 3/4th full with batter.

Bake about half an hour in gem pans.
