Rotel Chicken

  • 2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Rotel
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Foil

Instructions

    Season Chicken with Salt and pepper to taste.

    Place chicken in foil

  3. 3

    Pour Rotel over chicken

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 until chicken is done, about 30-45 minutes, chicken should be white in the center.

    Drain the juice and sprinkle cheese on top

  6. 6

    Place back in the oven with the foil open to melt the cheese
