- 1 cup cream cheese
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise or sour cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp sherry, cognac, brandy or wine, if desired
