  • 3 lb ground beef
  • 2 large boneless round steaks 2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp red pepper
  • 8 tbs mustard
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 8 slice bacon, cut into 1/2's
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 0.5 cup parsley flakes
  • 8 dill pickle halves
  • 4 tbs oil
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbs flour

Instructions

    Mix ingredients together except salsa. Shape into 8

    patties and grill on hot coals until desired doneness.

    Serve on buns. Top with salsa.
