- 3 lb ground beef
- 2 large boneless round steaks 2 cans chopped green chilies, drained
- Salt & pepper
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 8 tbs mustard
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 8 slice bacon, cut into 1/2's
- 1 jar salsa
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 8 hamburger buns
- 0.5 cup parsley flakes
- 8 dill pickle halves
- 4 tbs oil
- 3 cups cold water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbs flour
Instructions

Mix ingredients together except salsa. Shape into 8

patties and grill on hot coals until desired doneness.

Serve on buns. Top with salsa.
