"Rolling in Dough" Biscuits

- 3 cup all-purpose flour
- 0 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 each ounce) ctn. sour cream
- 3 cup (12 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 each jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
Instructions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly.

Add sour cream, Cheddar cheese and peppers, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface, and knead 3 or 4 times.

Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

Cut with a 4-inch round cutter.

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
