Rocky Road Fudge

  • 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 – 14oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
  • 3 cups of salted dry roasted peanuts
  • 1 - 10-1/2oz. package of miniature marshmallows

Instructions

    In a saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk and the butter.

    Cook stirring constantly, over medium heat until the chocolate chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.

    Remove from heat and stir in the peanuts and the marshmallows.

    Spread into a greased 13” X 9” X 2” baking pan.

    Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares.
