- 1 gallon ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 2 each green bell peppers, chopped
- 8 each hot peppers, chopped
- 0.8 cup vinegar
- 0.8 cup granulated sugar
- 0 tbsp salt

Mix together and cook 45 minutes.

Put in hot sterilized jars.

Seal and process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
