  • 4 cups of cooked brown rice
  • 3/4 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup of chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 pound of cooked sausage, drained
  • A dash of Tabasco sauce

Instructions

    Sauté all of the vegetables in the olive oil and butter for about 5 minutes.

    Mix the cooked vegetables along with the sausage and Tabasco sauce into the cooked rice.

    Place the rice mixture into a buttered casserole

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 degrees until hot.
