Reuben Pizza

  • 6 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 small pre-baked pizza crusts (8 oz each)
  • 12 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 12 oz thinly sliced corned beef
  • 2 0.7 cup drained sauerkraut
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions

    Place a baking sheet on the center rack and preheat oven to 450°F for 30 minutes.

    Spread 1½ tablespoons mustard over each pizza crust.

    Sprinkle each crust with about ⅓ cup of Swiss cheese.

    Arrange corned beef slices over the cheese, folding to fit. Spread a little more mustard over the beef.

    Top with sauerkraut, then the remaining cheese. Sprinkle each with ½ teaspoon caraway seeds.

    Place pizzas on the hot baking sheet and bake about 12 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
