Reuben Casserole
Classic Reuben sandwich flavors in casserole form — well-drained sauerkraut layered with chipped corned beef, Thousand Island dressing and Swiss cheese, topped with buttered rye bread cubes.

- 32 oz sauerkraut, very well drained
- 1 lb deli-style corned beef, chipped
- 4 oz Thousand Island dressing (half an 8-oz bottle)
- 1 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
- 12 slice rye bread, buttered and cut into 1-inch pieces

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a 13x9x2-inch casserole, layer the squeezed-dry sauerkraut, corned beef, Thousand Island dressing and Swiss cheese.

Top with the buttered rye bread cubes.
