  • Three 3-oz packages of lemon Jello
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 2-¾ cups cold water
  • 1 can applesauce (NOT chopped applesauce)

    Dissolve red hots in boiling water, stirring constantly until dissolved.

    Add dry Jello to mixture and stir until Jello is dissolved.

    Add cold water. Stir in applesauce.
