  • 1 head red cabbage, cored and shredded
  • 2 lb smoked sausage, diced
  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 2 green apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 0.5 cup chicken stock
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 0.5 tsp marjoram
