Really Cool Shrimp Salad

  • 2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 0.5 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

    Boil shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and cool.

    Chop cooled shrimp, lettuce, bell pepper, tomato, and green onions.

    Combine all chopped ingredients in a large bowl.

    Shred mozzarella cheese and add to the salad.

    Add Miracle Whip and mix together well.

    Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
