  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries in syrup -- thawed and undrained

Instructions

    Mix the sugar and cornstarch in the saucepan.

    Stir in water and raspberries.

  3. 3

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and boils.

    Continue boiling 1 minute, stirring constantly.

  5. 5

    Remove the saucepan from the heat.

  6. 6

    Strain the sauce through a strainer to remove the raspberry seeds if desired.
