  • 3 each lbs. chicken leg/thigh combo
  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup rasberry jam (seedless)
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 0.5 tsp crushed red pepper

Instructions

    Place chicken in shallow pan, drizzle with butter and bake at 350 for 45 min.

    Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over chicken, bake another 15 to 20 minutes.

    Serve with a salad and Italian bread.
