  • 12 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 0.3 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 0.3 tsp mild ground chili (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped mint or cilantro

Instructions

    Combine radishes with salt and cover with water; soak 15 minutes, then drain and rinse.
