Racetrack Barbecue Sauce

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp. horseradish
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
