Quick Salmon Casserole
Old-fashioned three-ingredient salmon casserole layered with soda crackers and butter, saturated with milk and baked until set. Simple Depression-era comfort food.

- 1 packet soda crackers, crushed (long packet)
- 0.3 cup butter or margarine
- 0 milk (enough to saturate casserole)

Butter a 1-quart casserole dish.

Layer salmon, crushed crackers and pats of butter; end with cracker crumbs on top. Dot with butter.

Pour sweet milk over casserole until soggy.

Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes until casserole is set.
