Quick Mex Casserole

Ultra-easy Mexican casserole layered with Fritos corn chips, canned tamales, chopped onion and chili, topped with cheese. A no-fuss crowd pleaser.

  • 3 cup Fritos corn chips
  • 2 can tamales
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 can chili
  • 1 cup grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Put 2 cups of slightly crushed corn chips in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole.

    Arrange tamales over chips. Cover with chopped onion. Pour chili over this.

    Top with remaining chips and cheese.

    Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
