  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/3 cup chunky-style salsa

    Tortilla chips, if desired Scoop out the avocado pulp into a medium bowl, using a spoon. Add the lime juice, and mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in the salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
