QUICK AND EASY MUSHROOM CHICKEN DINNER

Crockpot quick and easy mushroom chicken dinner

  • enough chicken to feed your family (whole, quarters, breasts, thighs - it doesn't matter)
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chunked
  • 4-5 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

    Place chicken in crock pot and surround with potatoes and carrots.

    Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Pour over chicken, potatoes, and carrots.

  4. 4

    Cook on low 6-8 hours (you don't have to, but I like to stir the mixture every couple hours).

    Serve with rolls on the side.

    When done, chicken will fall apart when stabbed with a fork. If you like gravy on your potatoes, use the sauce in the bottom of the crock pot!
