Puttin' on the Ritz Scallops
Bay scallops layered in a cream of mushroom soup sauce with herbed Ritz cracker crumbs — an easy, comforting scallop bake.

- 1 lb bay scallops
- 0.3 lb Ritz crackers
- 0.8 tsp garlic powder
- 0.8 tsp dried oregano
- 0.8 tsp dried thyme
- 10 0.5 oz cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
- 0.7 cup milk
- 0.5 tsp paprika

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix soup and milk in a 9-inch round dish; set aside.

Break 1/3 of crackers into pieces; mix with 1/3 of the spice blend. Coat half the scallops and place in dish.

Repeat with remaining scallops.

Crumble remaining crackers finely; mix with remaining spices. Sprinkle over top. Dust with paprika. Bake 20 minutes.
