  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp liquid stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 7 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 oz butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt

    Preheat the griddle to medium-low heat. In a bowl, mix almond flour, stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin puree, and eggs until well combined. Spray griddle top with cooking spray. Drop batter onto the hot griddle top. Cook pancakes until lightly golden brown from both sides. Servings and enjoy.
