Sesame Garlic Thai Chicken and Veggies

- 4 Chicken Breasts
- Half Bag frozen Brocclli
- 1 small can or 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 tbls of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of cocunut milk
- 2 tbls of Tahini (ground seasme seeds)
- 1 tbls of Garlic
- Salt and pepper
Instructions

Cut Chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil add veggies to pan till cooked

In a small cup or bowl mix Cocunut milk, tahini, garlic and salt pepper until smooth and mized

Pour into pan over chicken and veggies and toss until they are all covered

Simmer for 5 minutes and serve
