Sesame Garlic Thai Chicken and Veggies

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • Half Bag frozen Brocclli
  • 1 small can or 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tbls of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of cocunut milk
  • 2 tbls of Tahini (ground seasme seeds)
  • 1 tbls of Garlic
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut Chicken into bite size pieces, brown in olive oil add veggies to pan till cooked

  2. 2

    In a small cup or bowl mix Cocunut milk, tahini, garlic and salt pepper until smooth and mized

  3. 3

    Pour into pan over chicken and veggies and toss until they are all covered

  4. 4

    Simmer for 5 minutes and serve
