- 2 0.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 0.3 tsp smoked paprika
- 0.3 tsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1. Preheat griddle to medium high.
- 2. Melt butter in a small saucepan on medium low heat; when melted
- 3. Fold in smoked paprika, ground cloves, honey, Sriracha and lime
- 4. Rinse and pat chicken thighs dry.
- 5. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 6. Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
