  • 2 0.5 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.3 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.3 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1. Preheat griddle to medium high.
  • 2. Melt butter in a small saucepan on medium low heat; when melted
  • 3. Fold in smoked paprika, ground cloves, honey, Sriracha and lime
  • 4. Rinse and pat chicken thighs dry.
  • 5. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • 6. Spray griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
