Potluck Chicken Casserole

Simple, crowd-pleasing chicken casserole — cubed cooked chicken in cream of chicken soup and sour cream, topped with a buttery celery seed cracker crumb crust.

  • 8 cup cubed cooked chicken
  • 21 0.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup (two 10.75-oz cans)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup butter-flavored cracker crumbs (about 25 crackers)
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp celery seed

Instructions

    Combine chicken, soup and sour cream; spread into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

    Combine crumbs, butter and celery seed; sprinkle over chicken mixture.

    Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.

    Garnish with parsley and red bell pepper rings if desired.
