Potato Casserole

  • 2 each lbs. frozen hash browns
  • 0.5 each c. margarine, melted
  • 1 each pt. sour cream
  • 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup
  • 0.5 each c. onions, chopped
  • 2 each c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

    Salt & pepper to taste 2 c.

    Corn Flakes, crushed 1/2 c. margarine, melted In large bowl, combine potatoes, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper, sour cream and soup.

    Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

    Combine crushed cereal and margarine.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle over top.

    Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

    Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.

  8. 8

    Can be made in advance and refrigerated.

  9. 9

    If so, add 10 minutes to baking time.
