Potato Casserole

- 2 each lbs. frozen hash browns
- 0.5 each c. margarine, melted
- 1 each pt. sour cream
- 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken soup
- 0.5 each c. onions, chopped
- 2 each c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper to taste 2 c.

Corn Flakes, crushed 1/2 c. margarine, melted In large bowl, combine potatoes, margarine, cheese, salt and pepper, sour cream and soup.

Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Combine crushed cereal and margarine.

Sprinkle over top.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.

Can be made in advance and refrigerated.

If so, add 10 minutes to baking time.
