  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4" thick
  • 1 lb. London broil, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips

Instructions

    Microwave the potato slices for 6 to 10 minutes until tender.

    Toss the beef with the garlic pepper and heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  3. 3

    Add the beef to the skillet and toss for 3 minutes or until cooked through and remove from the pan.

  4. 4

    Add the green bell pepper to the skillet and toss for 3 minutes then add the potatoes and saute for 5 more minutes.

    Return the beef to the skillet and toss until the beef is heated through.

  6. 6

    Season to taste with salt.
