Pork Tenderloin Casserole
Slow-baked pork tenderloin casserole layered with noodles, onion and bell pepper in tomato soup, sealed tight and cooked until the pork is fall-apart tender.

- 8 oz medium noodles
- 2 lb pork tenderloin, cut into bite-size pieces
- 3 small onions, finely diced
- 1 small green bell pepper, cut into pieces
- 21 0.5 oz tomato soup (2 cans)
- 1 cup water
- 0 Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions.

Layer noodles, pork, onion and bell pepper in a casserole.

Pour tomato soup and water over the top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Cover tightly. Bake at 350°F for 2 hours.
