Pork-Sauerkraut Casserole

  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 lb pork tenderloin
  • 2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 0.5 cup water
  • 1 0.5 envelopes onion soup mix
  • 12 oz egg noodles

Instructions

    Cook egg noodles; drain.

    Brown pork tenderloin; remove from pan.

    Pour soup and water into the pork drippings and stir to combine.

    Mix sauerkraut with noodles in a casserole dish. Add pork, then pour the soup mixture over all.

    Cover and bake at 325°F for 45–60 minutes until the pork is tender.
