  • 4 each -5 lb. pork roast
  • 3 each c. water
  • 3 each tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 each c. brown sugar
  • 0.5 each tsp. cloves
  • 1 each tsp. mustard

Instructions

    Boil roast in water for 1 hour, pour off liquid, trim fat.

    Add 3 cups water and spices, boil slowly 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Let stand in mixture several hours or overnight.

  4. 4

    Serve hot or cold.
