  • 4 to 6 pork chops ¼ cup water
  • 3 cup soft bread cubes ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken or cream of
  • 1/3 can water
  • ¼ cup chopped celery mushroom
  • ¼ cup melted butter or margarine soup (we prefer chicken)

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

    Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet.

  4. 4

    Sear both sides of the pork chops until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

    Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop.

  6. 6

    Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl.

  7. 7

    Pour the soup mixture over the pork.

  8. 8

    Cover the baking dish.

  9. 9

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the pork is done.
