- 4 to 6 pork chops ¼ cup water
- 3 cup soft bread cubes ¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken or cream of
- 1/3 can water
- ¼ cup chopped celery mushroom
- ¼ cup melted butter or margarine soup (we prefer chicken)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a large oven-safe skillet.

Sear both sides of the pork chops until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Place a mound of stuffing on top of each pork chop.

Stir the soup and milk in a small bowl.

Pour the soup mixture over the pork.

Cover the baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the pork is done.
