- 2 each C. granulated sugar
- 2 each squares unsweetened chocolate
- 0.3 each C. sweetened condensed milk
- 0.8 each C. water
- 0 each C. popped corn, chopped
- 1 each T. butter
- 1 each tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 each tsp. salt

Melt chocolate in saucepan.

Add sugar, milk, water, butter and salt.

Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238ºF.

Remove from heat.

Add vanilla extract and popped corn.

Cool to room temperature.

Stir until creamy.

Pour into well-buttered shallow pan.

Cut into squares.
