  • 2 each C. granulated sugar
  • 2 each squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 0.3 each C. sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.8 each C. water
  • 0 each C. popped corn, chopped
  • 1 each T. butter
  • 1 each tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/8 each tsp. salt

Instructions

    Melt chocolate in saucepan.

    Add sugar, milk, water, butter and salt.

  3. 3

    Boil to soft ball stage (234 - 238ºF.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Add vanilla extract and popped corn.

  6. 6

    Cool to room temperature.

  7. 7

    Stir until creamy.

  8. 8

    Pour into well-buttered shallow pan.

  9. 9

    Cut into squares.
