  • 1 lb pomfret pieces
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 sliced green chilli

Instructions

    Mix the pomfret pieces, lemon juice, tomato paste, salt, onion, garlic and chilli powders. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the pomfret pieces coated with the spices. After the pomfret pieces are done, transfer to the serving dish. Just before turning off the heat add the green chillies. Use the green chillies as a garnish. Serve hot. Pomfret Curry
