    Add 2 cups chicken broth. Simmer 45 minutes . About 5 minutes before serving, add 1/4 cup lemon juice .Serve over rice. At the table, pass any of the following to spoon on top of curry. I use masany as I have on hand . Shredded coconut Sliced appl es Canned onion rings Halved grape s Hard-boiled egg* Sliced man go Pineapple chunks Diced banan a Chopped pecans Salted peanu ts Major Grey's chutney Chinese pickled ginge r *Do not use with silver spoon !     Garlic Shrimp Dick's favorite. This is the one I make most ofte n To prepare: Peel and rinse 1-2 lbs. Medium shrimp . In large frying pan, heat 2 T. olive o il and 1/2 stick butter . Add; shrimp. 2-3 cloves garlic, minced a little dried parsley sprinkle or two or paprika. Cook just until shrimp turn pin-k-@ 12-15 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm. Add another 1/2 stick of butter or 2 T. olive oil and 2 cloves garlic, minced t ofrying pan. Sauté breadcrumbs made from 2-3 slices bread until well toasted . Serve over shrimp . To prepare, mix together inl arge bowl: 1 lb. peeled shrimp, rinsed and patted dr y 1 pkg. frozen peas 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 small carton sour cream 1 T. lemon juice 1/2 c.
