Planet Hollywood Thai Shrimp Pasta

Copycat Planet Hollywood Thai sauce shrimp with julienne vegetables over linguine, finished with cilantro and chopped peanuts.

  • 0.5 cup Thai sauce
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 16 whole jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup julienne vegetables (celery, carrots, bell pepper, onion)
  • 1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
  • 10 oz linguine, cooked
  • 2 tbsp green onion, chopped

Instructions

    Prepare Thai sauce and set aside.

    Place butter and garlic in a heated sauté pan. Cook 1 minute.

    Add shrimp; cook 3 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked evenly.

    Add julienne vegetables, half the cilantro, and half the peanuts. Stir in Thai sauce.

    Serve over cooked linguine. Garnish with remaining cilantro, peanuts, and green onion.
