- 2 cup Cap'n Crunch cereal
- 2 cup corn flakes
- 2 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp granulated onion
- 3 tbsp granulated garlic
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 6 whole eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 0.5 lb chicken tenders

In a food processor, grind Cap'n Crunch and corn flakes until crumbly, leaving some small chunks visible. Spread in a shallow pan.

Combine flour, granulated onion, granulated garlic, and pepper in a shallow bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.

Dredge each chicken tender in seasoned flour, then dip in egg mixture, then coat well in cereal mixture.

Arrange on wax paper.

Preheat oil in deep fryer to 325°F. Fry chicken in batches for 3½ minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with Creole mustard dipping sauce or your favorite sauce.
