Pizza Hut Dessert Pizza
Copycat Pizza Hut dessert pizza — a thin, slow-risen pizza crust spread with cherry or apple pie filling, topped with oatmeal-brown sugar crumble, and drizzled with vanilla glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 0.5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 0.8 cup cake flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp active dry yeast
- 21 oz canned pie filling (cherry, apple, or blueberry)
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour (for crumb topping)
- 0.5 cup brown sugar (for crumb topping)
- 0.5 cup quick oats (for crumb topping)
- 0.5 cup firm butter (for crumb topping)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for crumb topping)
- 2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 3 tbsp milk (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp melted butter (for glaze)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)

Mix yeast and warm water; let proof 3 minutes. Add to remaining crust ingredients in a large bowl and knead 10 minutes. Cover and let rise 12 hours (overnight).

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C). Roll dough on a floured surface to fit a 16-inch pizza pan. Transfer to pan and form dough to edges.

Brush with vegetable oil and prick with a fork. Prebake 3 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread pie filling evenly over crust.

Mix crumb topping: combine flour, brown sugar, oats, butter, and cinnamon with a fork until crumbly. Spoon over pie filling.

Return to oven; bake 10–15 minutes until crust is light golden brown. Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm pizza. Slice and serve.
