- 1 0.5 lb lean ground beef
- 0.5 cup chopped onion
- 0.3 cup chopped green olives
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.3 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp dried oregano
- 12 oz thin egg noodles
- 20 oz pizza sauce (2 cans)
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Brown ground beef with onion, olives, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and oregano in a large skillet. Drain fat.

Cook egg noodles according to package directions; drain.

Transfer browned beef mixture to a large 4-quart baking dish.

Combine noodles, pizza sauce, tomato sauce, milk, and pepperoni with the beef; mix well.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

Cover and bake 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more until bubbly and cheese is golden.
